Nicola Taaffe @ West Grove was founded in 1995.   Nicola and her team were initially based in City Road and relocated to West Grove in 2007,  marking the 21st anniversary of the business in August 2016. A predominantly female dental team; notwithstanding the addition of Ben, our specialist in Oral Surgery and Dental Implantology and dental practitioner Chris. On account of a passionate interest in delivering quality dental care to all sectors of the community, especially those with increased anxiety or dental phobia,  Nicola became the first Dental Phobia Certified Practitioner in Cardiff in 2015. The desire of the whole team to build on-going relationships with patients, offering continuity,  support and a feeling of warmth and familiarity whilst providing quality dental care is at the core of the service we offer and provide. Industry standards matter greatly to us and we are constantly working towards greater practice compliancy whilst aiming to achieve recognition in the British Dental Association for "Best Practice" and "Investors in People" awards.
