Ninkee Manufactures a range of healthier food to go called Ninkees. The Ninkee is steamed not fried or baked, and is Low in saturated fat, salt and sugar. Our Ninkees come with a wide range of fillings such as Chilli Con Carne, Fruity Chicken Curry, Celtic Veggie, Welsh Rarebit, Spicy bean, Bolognaise, Hot dog etc. The Ninkees are fully cooked by us using fresh ingredients, and are supplied frozen to food service providers. The Ninkees are very easy to prepare and serve at the point of sale. Store in a freezer, microwave to heat, and serve to the customer. They have a very long hot holding time as well - up to 4 hours without loss of quality. This is due to a special steam valve wrapper which keeps the Ninkee sealed in a perfect environment when hot held. Another very significant advantage of the Ninkee is the virtual elimination of cross contamination risks at the point of sale. The steam valve wrapper is not pierced or opened during reheating, and the factory sealed Ninkee can be handed hot to the customer without being exposed to the serving area or staff. No costly food preparation and hygiene investment required!
