Shocking service at excalibur surgery today. Apt booked 2wks ago. Lady on desk very rude and I wasn't even seen. If I could put zero stars I would have. Appalling....

The doctors are great but the reception staff are a hopeless, inefficient and struggle to grasp basic concepts.

Lovely doctors and nurses. Terrible reception staff. They seem to think their job is to stop you talking to a medical professional. Talk loudly about health issues of patients in the practice reception, try to avoid registering new patients by insisting everyone has their NHS number (this is not required to register with a GP in England and Wales and they can look it up themselves). The practice needs to reform its admin and support services drastically. They are not up to scratch.
