Booked flu jab informed today I don't qualify as NHS criteria has changed. No other explanation given very very poor patient relationship. Don't bother changing GP total waste of time cc

Most of the doctors are absolutely lovely but its virtually impossible to get through on the telephone and i find the reception staff abrupt and rude on the phone and in person. Incredibly miserable in both surgeries. I lose the will to live listening to the never ending answerphone message. And i dont feel particularly comfortable telling a receptionist why i need an appointment. Will probably leave and go back to my old surgery.

We have been with this practise for the last 18 years, but since the senior partner who was an excellent doctor left, it has steadily got worse to the point where we have finally decided to change medical centre and like me many others. It's impossible to book an appointment by phone, so my husband went in person and was told by the receptionist that he would have to wait 6 weeks and book again after the school holidays. This is totally unacceptable and this was the last straw to make us change practises!

As a patient of this medical practice I felt utterly humiliated when I presented with a case of conjunctivitis. I was in absolute pain at the time and was treated with contempt by the receptionist. While I understand that the practice doesn't have the equipment to diagnose eye conditions it was left to a fellow patient in the waiting room to properly advise me on where to seek help. After seeing a optometrist I ended up being admitted to the University Hospital of Wales as an emergency admission.

This practice is a disgrace and after writing this feel I should make an official complaint to the NHS.

Can never get an appointment need to book 2 weeks in advance lol always told to come back another day to make an appointment never whilst I call in on 1st visit. Can never get through by phone. Wish I could have stayed with my previous gp practice as they were superb.
