In partnership with Fingerprint Learning, we are hosting another course on 'Fit for Life'.
This will take place at our Community Hub on Tuesday 5th and Tuesday 12th March from 2pm - 4pm.
This course is all about how the brain is constructed and how you keep it well by avoiding dementia and depression. How to keep your brain fit and healthy for as long as possible.

We are launching our Sew Healthy initiative on Wednesday 13th March, at Bangor Carnegie Library from 11am - 12.30pm. We are offering a FREE stand to organisations and professionals who can provide services of support for people going through Cancer treatment. Great day yesterday with our writing group who took a trip to East Belfast to do the CS Lewis trail. Special thanks to the curator at St Marks Church at Dundela who told us the history. We all enjoyed it!
