Reminder - Our Community honesty Cafe is now at the Library, running on Tuesday mornings from 10.30am - 12.30pm. Everyone is welcome, including families.

In partnership with Fingerprint Learning, we are hosting another course on 'Fit for Life'.
This will take place at our Community Hub on Tuesday 5th and Tuesday 12th March from 2pm - 4pm.
This course is all about how the brain is constructed and how you keep it well by avoiding dementia and depression. How to keep your brain fit and healthy for as long as possible.

This week our writing group visited the Seamus Heaney Centre on Wednesday. A great day out had by all, and thank you to everyone who came along.

Dementia NI Empowerment Groups meet locally in Bangor to help support those with Dementia. Information is attached on how to join a local group.

Sew Healthy Launch - Attention for cancer awareness organisations, support services and cancer medical professionals...
We are launching our Sew Healthy initiative on Wednesday 13th March, at Bangor Carnegie Library from 11am - 12.30pm. We are offering a FREE stand to organisations and professionals who can provide services of support for people going through Cancer treatment. Reminder - this Integrated Education Fund meeting regarding Integrated primary education in Holywood, will take place tonight at 6pm. Everyone welcome.

Great day yesterday with our writing group who took a trip to East Belfast to do the CS Lewis trail. Special thanks to the curator at St Marks Church at Dundela who told us the history. We all enjoyed it!
