This is Rachel, an inspirational woman who battled both thyroid cancer and meningitis. 5 years ago Rachel had a McMillan coffee morning to raise funds and she asked us if we could donate anything. We donated a rental spa and the winner of the prize organised the spa to be delivered to Rachel recognising she truly deserved some relaxation.
Rachel’s post reminds us of how many strong and inspirational people are out there battling the unexpected today.

You have all been professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The install gentlemen were on time, polite and cleaned up once they had installed it. They even took all the packaging away with them. We have had our spa a week now and the lovely Sam has been to go through more in depth our maintenance of the spa. Nothing is too much trouble and we are over the moon with our Nevis. Thank you! The Errington family want to say a massive thank you to all the team at North Spa's & North Sparks for a fantastic jobof installing our Cyclone hot tub. With the help off Davy in the show room, the lads who did a fantastic install (even with a couple of challenges to overcome on the hottest day of the year, they worked like trojans), As well as Sam who has just completed our commissioning visit and talked us through all the maintenance and chemical stuff to keep our tub in great condition. We also can't forget the boss himself for the survey carried out, and the great comments on our decking colour....

One thing to add, which is what made this whole process all the better, was the Tub was in place and in use 7 days after we had walked into the showroom in Birtley....! Truly amazing.

Great service, great advice for a great Hot Tub. Ignore the rest and go for the best you won't be disappointed.

Had a problem getting our Spa in due to getting it around Corner of our house but the lads came up with a solution by taking part of the fence down between us and our neighbours then replaced it as if nothing had happened absolutely fantastic service and can't recommend high enough just keep them supplied with drinks and biscuits lol

From purchase to fitting our hot tub from north spas has been outstanding. It has been a pleasure dealing with the whole team ...Heather, Davy the fitting lads and sam who explained how to look after our tub.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and indeed strangers who asked our advice.

Having used the tub we can say it's a relaxing pleasurable experience and we will certainly be using it on a regular basis.

Dave the spa man and his team are fabulous,we bought a second hand Cyclone Spa from him, great price, amazing speedy and professional delivery, bringing the Spa through a neighbours garden without a mark or damage to be seen, after care from Sam when she came for our home visit about spa maintenance was very helpful giving us simple hints and tips to keep our spa looking great, if in a few years we want to upgrade it we will most definitely be calling in Dave and his team.

The guys installed it and nothing was a problem, then Sam was booked to do my commission and i had to re arrange several times due to family problems and they were great about it.
