The North Wales Business Academy (NWBA), is an exciting three-year initiative part funded by the European Social Fund (ESF). The aim of the programme is to encourage business growth and competitiveness by enabling employers, like you, in the North Wales region to identify and address the specific training needs of your organisation. If you're: Aspiring to grow your business?Needing to gain a competitive advantage?Looking to develop fresh ideas?Keen to advance in to new markets?Wanting to improve motivation and team performance?We do not prescribe a training programme for your organisation, rather we feel that it is you, who truly understands your business's direction and objectives. NWBA enables you, with the help of a business mentor, giving you precious reflective time, to map your organisations strategic goals during Phase 1, the Strategic Business Analysis module. During Phase 2, you may pick modules, for any of your staff, that complement and fulfil your strategic objectives. This ensures that your training is tailored to you and your business alone, and you retain control of which areas you wish to develop. NWBA offers a wide range of core and specialist modules based around 7 key business themes which are unique to the programme. Modules are short, University accredited qualifications (level 4-6) delivered across the partner institutions of Grŵp Llandrillo Menai & Bangor University.
