this is the 1st time i have used this dealership. my wifes honda jazz was subject to a honda recall to replace defective airbag. the car was not purchased from north wales honda and had never been to the dealership for any servicing/ repairs. the service i received from the girls behind the reception desk was of a very high standard. also when i booked the car in for the recall the caring and helpful attitude of the lady on the telephone was very uplifting, very different to certain lesser dealerships who shall remain nameless. when i arrived at the dealership this morning i was dealt with in a professional and courteous manner and offered hot drinks and a comfy chair while the work was undertaken. in less than 40 minutes the job was completed and my car keys were brought to me and the car was ready to go. no fuss. all done. very highly recommended. if we ever need any repairs on our honda in the future we will use north wales honda. a truly great honda dealers.
