Excellent service and lovely staff. Recently had cause to take car to another vw dealership for service as unable to get to llandudno. Absolutely no comparison I would deffinitly do the journey to the point in the future.

Great customer service and excellent work by the technician. Took my Golf GTD for a service, was dealt with by very friendly staff from start to finish. Made to feel very welcome and valued and was looked after very well by the staff and supplied with coffee whilst waiting. Work carried out was to a high standard. Outstanding customer service from Darren Bennet. I can not recommend him enough. My whole experience was fantastic and it couldn't of gone any smoother. He understood my needs and took them into account and went back and beyond to get me the right car for the right price. Absolutely no fuss or delays in any aspect of the deal. After a recent no fault accident in which my less than 2 year old car bought from here from new was written off, North Wales VW were brilliant. After the insurance pay out they sourced a new replacement vehicle and got me back on the road with no delay. When I bought my original car I bought GAP insurance and am so glad this was offered to me at the time! It's meant that I have a new replacement car at no extra cost to me and I am not out of pocket at all. So thank you Bleddyn and Dan - and yes I have bought GAP insurance again - just in case! For the price I wouldn't have a new car without it!

Called in here on the off chance they could help us out. We'd driven through a flood and it had partially removed some of the undercarriage of our T5. The servicing manager was really helpful and said that she'd get one of the guys to have a look. 15 minutes later a nice chap come and took our keys and we prepared ourselves for the worst. Another 20 minutes or so later he came back and said do you want to follow me through.... we had ££££ signs flashing before our eyes as we thought we were gonna be told all kinds of horrors so it was with genuine shock that he showed us a fixed van! I was truly shocked.... he then took the time to tell us that this is quite common and what other damage could occur. He then pointed out a couple of things he'd noticed on a visual inspection that he drew to our attention. And then he handed us the bill.... just over £2!!!! Can't fault a thing and.....they even had tea,coffee and toast while you wait.
