What a cracking message. Happy Christmas to you all from the Crew of Why Knot

AGM to be held at the clubhouse commencing at 1100 hrs to be followed by the members forum where questions can be asked openly by members.

Hopefully the weather will have sorted itself out and the remembrants of any hurricanes will have decided to avoid Anglesey! Leaving the bay at 1030 hrs we plan to head north around Point Lynas to anchor at Porth Wen brickwork overnight. Please post your intentions on the private area of the website - OoD to be advised during the week.

This sums up anyone going out this weekend I guess!

This weekend sees our planned cruise heading south and out over Caernarfon Bar. Destination maybe changed from Pen Y Parc depending on the wind strength forecast for Saturday night.

We’ve had a beautiful day today, even had our T shirts on. Sailed from Ramsey to a little most picturesque bay below Laxey called Garwick Bay and walked up the glen and caught the electric tram into the village. Met a lovely man at the cafe who turned out had the boathouse in our little bay which he inherited from his grandfather.

Common bottle nose dolphins accompanied Why Knot off Kirk Michael IOM this afternoon for about 20 minutes diving and bow riding and generally having fun

Graham’s Jones says they had a BBQ at the clubhouse last night, it was nice to catch up with everyone, lots of food, drink and what a view.

On tour...arrived Portpatrick Lunch time to their RNLI weekend, today we had the helicopter and offshore and onshore lifeboats, now waiting bonfire and fireworks, fell lucky. As for the weather 😄

Could all members please keep a sharp watch for Graham and Clare Keeling from TCSC’s Westerly Fulmar called Riona which has gone missing from RWB last night
