Northop Parish Church serves Northop and Sychdyn with St Mary's Church, Northop Hall. See our website at www. northopchurch.org

The Churches of St Mary, Northop Hall and St Peter and St Eurgain, Northop
exist to serve God in this community in whatever way we can.

We are blessed with two beautiful church buildings,
but more importantly, the church is made up of people,
who come together to know God's love for them
and seek to show God's love for the world.

You will receive a warm welcome
at our worship and our special events
and we would love to host your wedding or baptism.
It is also a privilege to conduct funerals for loved ones.

Our Services are as follows:

Services at Northop


Sundays

8: 00am on the Second Sunday of each Month - Said Communion
A quiet, said service using the more traditional language "Green Book" Service.

10: 00am on the First and Third Sunday of each month - Family Service
A very informal, lively half hour service particularly aimed at those with younger children (but the young at heart are equally welcome! ) Tea /squash and biscuits are a popular ending to the service.

11: 00am every Sunday - Sung Communion (or Matins on the Second Sunday of the Month)
A 'Parish Communion' service accompanied by the choir, using the 2004 Order for the Holy Eucharist, followed by
refreshments.

Note: When there is a 5th Sunday in the Month, the 11: 00am Service will be an All-age Communion where the service aims to cater for everyone. This will also be the case when there is a baptism in the service.

6: 30pm on the Fourth Sunday of each Month - Evensong
A chanted evening service with hymns and sermon using the 1984 BCP order.


Midweek

9: 30am on the First Wednesday in each Month - "Tea and Toast Eucharist"
A simple, said communion service followed by breakfast and fellowship at the back of church.


7: 30pm on the Third Wednesday in each Month - A Service of Wholeness and Healing
A quiet reflective communion service with annointing and prayer, to which you can bring your particular personal
concerns or needs and those of the people you love.


Services at Northop Hall
All Services are on Sunday's and all include hymns and a sermon.

First Sunday of each month - 6: 30pm Evensong

Second Sunday of each Month - 9: 30am Communion

Third Sunday of each Month - 6: 30pm Communion

Fourth Sunday of each Month - 9: 30am Communion

When there is a Fifth Sunday in the month the service is at Northop Parish Church instead and is All-Age Communion as above.
