Norton House Hotel And Restaurant

Very much higher end hotel which caters for all functions and events, serves meals throughout day, but booking essential, the rooms are nice, also book separate annexe unit for stay. Nice surrounding and nicely tucked away in Norton Village.

Beautiful venue, slightly disjointed layout with evening entertainment as the room is "L-shaped" so Apr to the room wasn't witnessing the live band.

Not ideal for wheelchair access as there are several layers to the floors with bumps and ledges.

Gorgeous grounds, stunning interior, very friendly and professional staff.

Was a wedding guest. Fantastic food. Excellent service. Car park on site. Lovely setting and ornate building.

Stayed in a twin room with breakfast for one night.
The television and racket were extremely dusty.
The curtains had string coming off of them at the top and bottom.
The mirror isn't properly cleaned and the lamps look like they have had better days.
The bedsheets have not been ironed although they are very soft. The bed is comfortable too but the bed frame needs dusting. The hot chocolate and biscuits are good. They don't offer a wide range of teas, sugar or milk.
The kettle had water left in it.
The door is hard to unlock and is very heavy to open. Saying this, it does not slam shut.
The room fernishings are matching and sleek - especially in the bathroom.
I would stay here again but it does not 'wow' me.

Lovely hotel. Very close to all the mumbles amenities. Friendly staff, good comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast.

Attended a wedding here. Whilst the wedding was nice, they clearly allowed way too many guests for the venue with dining tables and chairs squashed into every corner very uncomfortably. For what I understand to be a high end venue, simple things like locks on toilet doors were missing. The food was overall average - very nice soup and a choice of meat options, all of which were on the dry side. Ultimately average experience and I have no idea what the cost was. I wouldn't avoid going to another wedding there, but I certainly wouldn't host mine there.

Excellent apartment. Spacious. Functional. Good value for money. Bathroom bit tired needed small maintenance. Blankets needed a wash. Great location for visiting the Mumbles.

It's a beautiful Georgian mansion just off oystermouth road Swansea with new refurbished rooms with some views of Swansea bay it's lovely to sea the bay and it's tide such a stunning place also in the main house it has a beautiful walnut stair case which is stunning x staff are amazing and wedding functions and food are exceptional x x
