Nosi@Caban-Y- Pair was founded on the philosophy that the best pizza uses simple flavours, authentic cooking techniques and fresh, quality ingredients.

Our pizzas boast no more than three or four ingredients. Our base is made using specialised cooking techniques that produce a Neoploitan style thin crust, so not only are our pizzas light and healthy but they’re also full of flavour.

Family, food and laughter are the principles on which we run our business. The best days are the one’s that finish around the table with good food, good company and good conversation.
