Not working sign is almost a permanent fixture on it
Anybody thinking of having one installed

Swallowed my card and then went blank for no apparent reason. The woman on the phone was reasonable but on the other hand offered no apology. Now I have to wait 5-6 days for a new card.

Avoid if you can! They installed a broken self fill ATM which took 4 days to fix. They didn't give correct instructions on use so we didn't get any money back for two weeks. Then as has been said already we constantly have engineers to fix the bloody thing.
8 months on and still having the ATM fixed every couple of weeks, and all we get told is you can't cancel the contract because they aren't at fault. If negative stars was possible I'd give that.

we changed from note machine to another, best decision we made, note machine was terrible

Use google find another ATM supplier as note machine stop paying commission and customer service is rubbish

Very disappointed! Atm installed 8 months ago outside my store to offer Convienence to my customers but breaks down regularly (once every 2/3weeks occasionally works for a week). When it breaks down on a Friday does it forget the weekend transactions! Makes customers unhappy and upsetting. Very frustrating! They've been changing parts all the time. Personally not happy! At first I did recommended to my friend who had a shop and i regret i did but now I do not recommend it. It's hard to meet your transaction target when it keeps breaking down.
