Been trying to focus on growing my calfโ€™s. Iโ€™ve been alternating between standing calf raises and calf raises on the leg press. (Which the members who know me at the gym can attest too- I think thatโ€™s all they think I do!!) . However, had the opportunity to train at another gym today using the seated calf raise - OMG my calfโ€™s were shaking driving home!! . The benefits of this over the other two is the greater activation of the soleus - the thick muscle that runs under the calf and which will help with width too ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ

So true!! . I usually set aside 2hrs on a Sunday afternoon to meal prep for the week. .
... The silly thing is that two hrs saves you twofold that time in the week not having to guess and decide what to have, and keeps you on track with your goals.
