Been trying to focus on growing my calfโs. Iโve been alternating between standing calf raises and calf raises on the leg press. (Which the members who know me at the gym can attest too- I think thatโs all they think I do!!) . However, had the opportunity to train at another gym today using the seated calf raise - OMG my calfโs were shaking driving home!! . The benefits of this over the other two is the greater activation of the soleus - the thick muscle that runs under the calf and which will help with width too ๐๐
So true!! . I usually set aside 2hrs on a Sunday afternoon to meal prep for the week. .
... The silly thing is that two hrs saves you twofold that time in the week not having to guess and decide what to have, and keeps you on track with your goals.

Iโve had a huge disparity in both strength and size of my lats and have made a real focus on single arm rows and pull downs for symmetry.
So true!!! . On the days where your just tired or canโt be bothered to train, remember your goals and reasons why and then be disciplined and just get it done!
