Another solid looking week at the clubhouse, a start of a new programme which always brings a slight bit of excitement and nervousness.
Here's a few highlights from the week:
- A big well done to Danny Desormeaux for smashing his first week at the clubhouse.
... - A massive welcome to Sarah Abraham, absolutely great to have you apart of the nuyu team!
- A massive well done to Laura who is now an amazing 33.5 pounds down since January.
- Great to have Becky complete her first lot of sessions with us.
- Well done to Dave who reached a stone weight loss in just short of 4 weeks.
- Antonia is 37 pounds down.
- Joanne is now 22 pounds less since February and today started barbell back squatting for the first time.
- Lyle deadlifting 50kg for 6 reps.
- Ashleigh hitting 50kg deadlifts for the first time.
- Jake sumo deadlifting 50kg for 6 reps.
- Liz hitting 40kg block pulls for 8 reps.
- Gráinne squatting 40kg for 10 reps.
- Diana with 50kg block pulls for 5 reps.
- Jules doing a PB half marathon at the weekend.
- Alison being another 8 pounds down.

Another solid week at el clubhouse.
The weather has been mixed but the team keep smashing things 😀
Here's a few highlights from last week:
... - Teri is now an amazing 13 pounds down in the last 8 weeks, absolutely great achievement.
- Dave has lost 12 pounds in his first 3 weeks with us. What a great start!
- A massive welcome to Danny Desormeaux and Becky Ashford this week. It's great to have you both a part of the team.
- Richard has lost an awesome 7 pounds since starting with us 3 weeks ago.
- Mark, also started with us 3 weeks ago is now an amazing 10 pounds down.
- Hannah is 6 pounds down since starting with us.
- Great to have Lyle complete his first week at the clubhouse, trap bar deadlifting for the first time hitting 40kg for 6.
- Irish Stevo deadlifting 120kg for 6.
- Danielle celebrated 5 years at the clubhouse!
- Welcome back to Natalie, back to training after baby Jackson!
- Jodie hitting 40kg deadlifts for 6.
- Stuart having to buy smaller clothes and being around a stone down!
- Great to welcome Jane and have her complete her first week last week.
- Big well done to Kristy who has lost an awesome 9 pounds in 8 weeks!

Or is it....? - - There can be some differences in fresh and frozen produce, however, if there are any differences, they are very small. -... If your budget doesn’t allow you to buy fresh or your lifestyle means most of it goes off before you eat it, then don’t stress, you can still eat well and eat frozen 😀

Another solid week at the clubhouse 😀
Here's some of our highlights:
- Great to have Hannah get involved with her first sessions last week, absolutely smashed it, a long with hitting a solid 65kg trap bar deadlift for 6 reps.
... - Awesome to have Iain, Richard and Mark all get started last week and great to have there three of them all drop a few pounds :)
- Dave smashing his first week at the clubhouse, hitting a solid 5 pound weight loss.
- Diana hitting 40kg block pulls for 8 reps.
- Jancy hitting the 16 pound weight loss mark.
- Jess hitting 70kg deadlifts for sets of 10.
- Ashleigh hitting 50kg trap bar deadlifts for 10 reps.
- Gemma deadlifting 40kg for 6 reps.
- Irish Stevie squatting 60kg for 10 with a 5 second eccentric.
- Joined at the hip Ben & Richard, deadlifting 120kg for 8 reps.
- Charly squatting 40kg for 10 reps.

“I don’t always love the workout, but I always love the RESULTS!” - - Another 28 day challenge comes to an end and we’ve had some amazing results. -... Here’s just a few: - ✅ Paul losing an amazing 17 pounds with his first 28 day challenge. ✅ Michelle also completing her first 28 day challenge and right in time for the big birthday, 11 pounds down. ✅ Laura completing another successful 28 days, 8.5 pounds lost and that brings Laura to the 2 stone weight loss mark. ✅ Antonia with a lovely 3.5 pounds down, bringing her total weight loss to 33 pounds. ✅ Lisa also completing her first 28 day challenge and achieving an awesome 12 pound weight loss 👏🏻 ✅ Andrea’s first month at the clubhouse and not only being 4 pounds down, Andrea lost an impressive 12cm! ✅ The awesome Vikki has dropped another 7.5 pounds bringing her total weight loss to 17.5. - Well done to you 7 💪🏻💚

- Veronique smashing 60kg deadlifts for 10 reps.
- Natasha hitting a nice 6 pound weight loss in the last 2 weeks, on our 28 day challenge.
- Alison for being back in the game and dropping a nice 2 pounds in the passed 10 days.

It’s no-one else’s fault, a part from bread. So cut it all out!... - WRONG! - Bread, unless you consume absolutely silly amounts per day will not make you put on weight.
