I recently purchased a Toyota Auris hybrid and I have to say it's a fantastic little car and was just as described. The serviced received was excellent and it made the whole process very easy. To anyone thinking of buying a car, definitely check out what oak tree motor company has to offer as you will not be disappointed.

We travelled a long way to view a used car at this garage. It was difficult to make a decision on the spot , really because we thought it was 'too good to be true!' After researching, we realised that the car was a fantastic car. We are loving it two years on now. Thank you to this garage for what we consider an absolute bargain. The car has given us fantastic service.

Worst independent garage I have ever delt with, I bought a bmw 320i 07 plate from this dealer and on the way home, a bulb warning failure light come up after I asked the dealer to sort this out and a tyre pressure monitoring fault light also illuminated on the dash due to a poorly repaired puncture by the dealer, after I had got home and had a better look around the vehicle, both rear tyres were illegal and after 3 weeks the exhaust started blowing and it turned out it needed a whole new exhaust system, I then confronted the dealer and asked if he would buy two new tyres and a second hand exhaust system due to the price of a new one, he agreed he would only buy part worn tyres and he would not contribute to buying a exhaust whatsoever, so I was left with a vehicle that was mot that day and was illegal to drive on the road, I do not recommend this dealer and I hope everyone stays well clear, these vehicles he's selling are not of good quality

I bought an old part exchange vehicle from the dealer, and what I thought was a fair price. I wasn’t offered the three month guarantee, but this was expected due to the age of the car. I bought the vehicle, and was told that there was a need for a minor replacement of spark plugs as the vehicle was "LUMPY". This was not specified on the advertisement, but upon being ensured by what seemed to be a fair dealer, I bought the car and replaced the plugs. It has since transpired that the vehicle is in need of EXSTENSIVE repairs which will cost in and excess of £1000. As can be expected not best please. In contacting the dealer back, I was met by rude and abrasive conversation when asking for my money to be refunded, or for the vehicle to be fixed as per consumers legal rights, as the vehicle was unfit for purpose. Initially calls were ignored and I was refused any reasonable solutions. At present things are on going but I also WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE this dealer.
