Beautiful place and friendly owners. Just not the best facilities.

Had a fantastic stay here, Just myself and the two kids in the shepherds hut.
We all had a brilliant time.
Great accommodation and location.
The owners are very helpful and very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Superb venue, great fising.

We have just had the most wonderful stay at Oakland Leisure and Fishery nr Chruch Stretton - a certified cite for Freedom Camping & Caravan Club. We stayed for 3 nights in a beautiful Shepherds hut overlooking the lake. The site was more than we could have hoped for. We enjoyed the lake fishing during the day and had perfect evenings by the fire. Richard and Christine could not have been more accommodating and I could not recommend this place more - even if fishing is not your thing! The site is clean and tidy, and has plenty of space to explore. We enjoyed our trips out to Church Stretton and Ludlow and would definitely visit again!

Great choice of meadow or wild camping, loads of great spots amongst the woods, and large fishing lakes dotted around. The owners were very nice and accommodating and everything is reasonably priced. They had clean toilets and shower and bin facilities. We went with 2 children aged 4 and 5 and they loved playing in the woods.

Nice place for camping. They have a few cabins with basic necessities - bed, clean toilets etc if you don't feel like camping. Can bbq and have a camp fire to hearts content. Cabins are well spread out can be fairly private. Small lake / reservoir with some delicious trout! Has all the ingredients to make be a good relaxing retreat and perfect place to escape for a few days. Just hope the rain stays away!
