Oasis Church Gowerton

OASIS Church is an independent evangelical church meeting in Swansea, South Wales. The church was founded in 2008 and has been serving the City through various ministries ever since. We are currently meeting in Tabernacle Church Gorseinon - Sunday 10: 30am

Oasis Church Swansea is an Evangelical Christian Church. We are a group of people with a passion for getting to know Jesus Christ and working out what His teachings mean for day-to-day life as Christians. We believe the Bible is the basis for our faith and is always applicable in helping us navigate today's culture and its challenges. We also believe that there is such hope and purpose to be found in knowing Jesus personally, that we are enthusiastic in sharing this 'good news' with our community.

The first time Oasis Church met was in January 2008 with only 6 adults meeting in a house in Gowerton. As the Church grew we met in various buildings on the west side of Swansea, either in Gowerton or Fforestfach. In August 2019 we currently moved to Gorseinon in order to meet in Tabernacle Church on Alexandre Road. During the last 11 years we have grown steadily, seeing people come to faith and also some existing Christians join our church family. Over the short history of the church we have celebrated numerous weddings, welcomed many new babies and held over 30 baptisms.
