Always visit this cinema..Have gone Gallery showings on numerous occassions. Sometimes service can be a bit slow when waiting for Nachos. Not enough staff upstairs as it can become busy when a popular film is showing.
Experience of watching film in Gallery is great.. Really enjoy it.
Bog standard major city ODEON with premier seats in the middle of the screen forcing you to pay an extra £1-2.50 to get a good view. Went in over bank holiday weekend and the box office was shut with no signs of any life. After waiting a while I decided to just book online and use the machines to redeem it (luckily this was before they introduced the booking fee). The standard seating was either so far down you had to look up at the massive screen or so far up that you had to look over peoples head to see. The sound and picture quality was good as was the film (Logan Lucky). Pretty average cinema trip but would hate if it was my local
Love this place!! Staff are so friendly and its always quite and the free parking is amazing.
Only cinema in Cardiff with a decent I-Max experience, great seating and located in the Red Dragon Center with plenty of options for food and drink. Staff always helpful and courteous.
Very good cinema in a great complex, loads of films between multi screens, and the iMax 3D screen.
cinema was clean, the screen was high quality with excellent sound, comfy seats, plenty of space, and well priced tickets. foyer was pretty basic but it is open to a larger centre so not really an issue.
there wasn't any seat reservations so be sure to get in early!
A good cinema where parking is free once your ticket is validated. I would have given 5 stars, but based on the price this is an expensive experience to go often unless you subscribe to the monthly ticket sign up, which if you go regularly then 5 stars all the way. I don't bother with their food and drink as very overpriced. I also go for Premier seats as find them comfortable and viewing position is perfect. Staff have always been friendly and I have always found the cinema very clean whatever time of day/night it is.
Great parking, clean interior, friendly staff, good snacks (nachos are awesome), tango ice blasts, clean cinemas, and comfortable seats. There's not a lot to say as most cinemas are really the same, but what makes this one better than most is how clean it is and how nice the staff have been every time we go here. It's the welcoming feeling that brings us back time and time again.
