For my 15ty birthday they refused to let me in and demanded my passport

Odeon is a cinema. Cinema's are where you go to watch films on a large screen. So this place is perfect if that's what you want to do. If you want to do a different activity you should probably go elsewhere.

Unbelievably hard company to get information from - it cant be an unusual thing to need to know when a film ends, so that public transport times can be taken into account (ie will my 15 year old be able to get home?) - NOT on website, Contact us form just seems to be a marketing information gathering exercise, and phone number is a dead end.

Very poorly seats too much straight without enough space between neighbors ( even with premium seats). And a small screen, on'y the audio is good

Poorly managed cinema, management don't care! We regularly go to this cinema & book Premier seat tickets in advance. Every time we arrive we have to move people out of our booked seats who can be abusive. Additionally, we have to deal with people with their feet on the back of our chairs. Despite telling management they do not deal with the issues and choose to hide in their staff room!

Brilliant cinema, I often go here with friends or family. As usual, the food/drink here is inordinately expensive as with any cinema. Midnight release for Star Wars Episode VII was fantastic also. Staff are good and friendly. Only fault is that on occasion they search bags for food and drink and refuse to allow entry if you have refreshments from outside the cinema/Costa on site.
