Customer notice.
We advise against self measure because we know our product sizes. They are true to tape. If you request a 38 coat and a 32 waist short leg or long that are the sizes that will be provided. Should it not fit, it is not our responsibility. Additional charges may apply.
If we fit you into a suit and shirt and you agree the size fits. The garments you tried “is” the real garments that will be provided. Each garment is numbered and each number is recorded aga...inst the wearers name. That is your outfit.
Should one ore more not fit. Then that is not our responsibility. It did fit. Additional charges will apply.
We shall however try and make reasonable changes even though it is not our fault. During busy times we can not guarantee this, stock is limited and demand is high.
If you think you have changed shape pleased make an appointment to be refitted. 2 weeks prior to your function date.
We can’t be held responsible for customers weight gain or weight loss.
As with garments if you agree a shoe size and it doesn’t fit subject to availability we can not be held responsible.
Children and young people.
We prefer not to supply children’s/ young peoples outfits as sizes change.
Should you wish to order children’s or young peoples sizes and they do not fit, then additional charges will apply. We advise against hiring.
We can not be responsible for adults and children/young people changing sizes.
We recommend a free remeasure two weeks before your function date.

Gentle reminder. This is now our busy period. If you have suits on hire over the next six weeks please be mindful of the fact stock is allocated so emergency changes may no be possible.
If your going on holiday all inclusive or attending friends bbqs please remember there is an important day ahead, and your suit hire needs to fit. Think you may have lost or gained a few pounds, then make an appointment for a remeasure. It’s a 10 minute task. Appointments always required ...for any Saturday due to high demand.

A new look for a new year. Spring clean and tidy up.

Off the Cuff is a menswear formalwear hire service. We offer three services.
1. Viewing of the collection. (Groom and bride) Appointment recommended.
2. Trying on ( initially groom and bride only). Appointment only
... 3. Formal fitting service, groom and grooms party. Appointment only
We usually have very limited appointments. We recommend an appointment, please call 01978-310-444 for an appointment.
We recommend an Initial consultation groom and bride only. This makes choosing your outfit easier. As you don’t have up-to ten people having an input into the grooms outfit. 30-45 minutes.
Second appointment, if needed. Time for the groom to try on outfits. We still recommend the groom and bride only. 30/45 minutes.
Third “ Fitting” appointment for 5 men is approx 45 minutes.
We ask that the “fitting” appointments are men only, as we may have other gentlemen from a different party in various states of undress within our changing/fitting room environment.
There is no need for partners of groomsmen to see their partners outfit prior to the wedding day. Very few family members get to see the bridal gown.
We believe this only adds to the impact on your special day.
We can also have children and young boys in various states of undress.
Should you choose to go to the gym, or if you are on medications that may alter your body shape, We request that you attend for another fitting two weeks prior to the fuction. We can not be responsible for changes to body shape for whatever reason.
Our general weekdays are more relaxed due to less demand for fittings. However please don’t be offended If you are asked to wait until we are free. It is a menswear shop and men are in various states of undress throughout the day.

We hired 4 suits from off the cuff Wrexham for our wedding. The suits were fantastic and the service was even better.
