excellent service threw out the visit/meal food was hot and lush 🖒. And service was good. I hope they open more ok dinners like the big M accross the road as we need more of this the portions are fair and good value for money and ample parking and both none and disabled as well as toilet.

Food was good but a little greasy, I had the mixed grill, the service was ok, but prices are high for what you get the milkshakes are £4.50, they are amazing and you get lumps of real fruit in them, I will return as it’s the closest place to eat from my hotel so I’ll be eating here 4 times this week, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here.

always been a lovely place to eat but today the nachos were cold and caeser salad was served with greasy deep fried coated chicken and soft garlic bread. not nice

What a disappointment! Entered the diner to a not a not so welcoming smell of cigarettes (chefs smoking outside the back of kitchen), we waited a couple of minutes to be shown to a table and was given a smaller than adequate table despite the restaurant being only half full. After being shown to the table we were left for around 40 minutes to watchthe waitress prop herself against the food bar ogling over a cook. We watched many other tables arrive and be seated but still no attention from the waitresses. It was only after we watched 4 tables who arrived after us being served before us that we decided to leave and take our chances elsewhere. I'm not sure what sort of restaurant can watch an entire table of custom get up and leave and not even stop them to ask why? We had 3 small children with us and Didnt get so much as a drink. In short I'm really disappointed you clearly need staff who want to work, there was not a smile in sight and the service is terrible, as for the food and drink I can't comment as like I said we never got offered any!!
