OCHP has been set up to connect with likeminded people. People who want to enjoy the good life and be a little bit more self sufficient.

Our page was set up initially to help us reach people who would be interested in buying real free range fresh hen and duck eggs.
The term free range can be deceiving, but we feel that our birds really do have a free range lifestyle. They have a large 'home built' house in our 26 fruit tree orchard…but our cheeky chooks don't seem to understand the orchard boundary fence, and come down the garden, into the house and roam our 10 acres- foraging for grubs and greenery all day. We believe this shows how happy they are, and this certainly reflects in the quality of their golden yolk eggs!

In the autumn we also produce our own apple juice from the various varieties of mouth watering apples in our little orchard.
