Where do I start ... My husband and I tied the knot at Oldwalls on Sunday 18th February 2018.



We honestly could not have chosen a more perfect venue to host our special day from the perfect grounds to amazing the food day & night.



The place is simply incredible along with the staff who couldn't do enough for us throughout the whole day and night including the run up to the actual wedding. They're all so professional and efficient.



To our wedding coordinator Nicola, from the bottom of our hearts thank you for all you did for us you were absolutely fabulous and oldwalls are most certainly lucky to have you on their wedding team along with Jack who took over for the evening and also made this a night to remember for us all. Many thanks to you both �



To anyone who is getting married you most certainly need to check this venue out. You will fall in love as soon as you walk in just as michael and I did around a year and a half ago, we knew it was the perfect place to hold our wedding within 10 minutes of being there �

We had an amazing day in oldwalls yesterday for my daughter and son in laws wedding, the venue, food and the staff were fantastic. I cannot thank everyone enough for making it their dream wedding and all the guests commented on the setting and venue with everyone loving the fireworks. In particular I’d like to thank Debbie our wedding coordinator who went above and beyond also making it an even more special birthday for me , thankyou again .

We got married almost 1 month ago now and it was the most perfect day! Even though the weather was terrible it didn't dampen anyone's mood, the venue still looked stunning and we couldn't of asked for a better team, venue or location to have our wedding.

The team were absolutely faultless, we didn't have to worry about timings throughout the day, someone was always there if you needed something or to ask a question and we were always informed of when the next thing was about to start/happen.

The food for wedding breakfast and breakfast the next day was out of this world, I could eat it all again 2 to 3 times over!!

I'd recommend Oldwalls to anyone looking to get married, they even have a Whirlwind package to accommodate a (slightly) smaller budget, which is what we went for, and all the extras you get with this package are amazing. You have to be prepared to get married in 6 months though!

The best wedding venue I have ever been to... we feel beyond lucky that we had our wedding at Oldwalls. The staff are beyond professional and it is no wonder they win awards for the best venue in Wales. We were lucky to have the sun shining which meant our guests could enjoy full use of the grounds, it looked beautiful. The food was out of this world and we and our guests absolutely loved it! The rooms/safari pods were stunning and it was such a lovely touch to have breakfast with all of our guests the next day. the day/next morning could not have gone more perfectly.

Thank you to the DJ - after our band you played the best tunes and kept our guests on the dance floor all night! Special thank you to Georgia, who has been at the end of the phone/email since our first meeting many months ago, her patience with brides should win an award in itself!! Thank you so much to Nicola and Jack who co ordinated our day and ensured everything went perfectly for us. I literally can’t recommend this venue highly enough!! Stayed at mulberry house for my wife's 30th. The place is stunning such a modern well decorated property. Its got everything you possibly need. Everyone loved the hot tub and the glamping pod was so warm considering the weather was awful. We have stayed at two previous cottages before in rural areas but this for me topped the lot. Would highly recommend this property. Poor mobile signal also which was good so people actually socialised lol.

Oh my, where do I start? We fell in love with Oldwalls on your first visit and booked our wedding on the spot. The wedding team made planning our day so much easier and took away a lot of the stress, I specifically have to say thank you to Georgia and Sara for their help in the planning.



On arrival on our wedding day we were both met (separately of course) by Nicola who was co-coordinating the day for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her, our best man was feeling under the weather and she stepped into his shoes at a moments notice to introduce us at the start of the reception and also to introduce the speeches. She was constantly checking that everything was OK and was checking on our best man and even offered alternative foods for him. When it was time for her to head home she handed us over the the night manager who again could not do enough for us.



We had a lot of guests travel to the wedding and all were very impressed with the venue. A number of our guests had dietary requirements which were all handled exceptionally. Can definitely see why Oldwalls is an award winning venue.

My wife and I attended as guests to my friend's daughter's wedding. As soon as you see the fields, you know. The place is immaculate. I'm sure the hairdressers do the lawns!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy, maintained to high standard. The marbled floors could be a tad slippery and there wasn't much on the tv lol!...

More importantly the staff were genuinely warm and friendly. The food was plentiful and tasty, and didn't upset the stomach.

The scenery is lovely; a mixture of streamlets, ponds and green, wooded fields really enhanced the enchantment of the location. It really is an ideal wedding venue.

The Venue alone and its surroundings are outstanding but what truly makes this an amazing venue is the food and all the staff, from the chefs to the bar staff to the servers, to Sarah our wedding planner and to Gareth and Jack our wedding coordinators you truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest and best day possible. I was at oldwalls for my daughter Kelly's wedding to Jamie. it was a fantastic day. the venue is spectacular and the staff are of the highest standard. they couldn't do enough for everybody. the cleanliness at the venue was second to none. they had an autumn themed wedding and the wedding coordinators had decorated the venue which looked amazing. the food was delicious and the silver service worked well. Got married here on the 16th of March and had the best day of my life! The moment we went to view Oldwalls we knew it was the venue for us. The venue is incredible, grounds are stunning and the staff couldn't be more attentive yet relaxed.The planning process was a breeze, I felt that we were in safe hands throughout, they were on hand to offer heaps of advice and contacts for suppliers and come the day it all went like a dream and we were made to feel really special.

All of our guests loved their day as much as us and thought that the staff, food and surroundings were fantastic, people have especially not stopped talking about the quality of food (even those tricky guests who are awkward to please!).

The staff make this place and nothing is too much trouble for them. So thank you again to the entire team for making our day. I don't think we would have had a day like we did anywhere else!!!!!

Amazing Venue with Very friendly staff. A great place to get married, and a place you will never forget! Would highly recommend Oldwalls to anyone who's looking at getting married.

My husband and I attended our niece's wedding there last week. The beautiful service took place in this venue, which is a glorified greenhouse (nice decorations but not very clean glass) surrounded by gorgeous gardens. The wedding banquet was to begin around 16:00h but was delayed repeatedly with no explanation ("food will be coming in 10 minutes"). The food only began to be served at about 19:30h, which ruined everybody's day and had the bride in tears. Some guests had booked a taxi for 20:30h and had to leave half way through the main course... 0 star service for 5 star fees, we hope we never have to go back.

Me and my wife got married here at oldwalls in febuary, what a spectacular venue! If anyone is thinking of a venue this would be the place to choose! I literally dont think we would have changed a thing or wished for anything to have gone better. The venue is beautiful the staff are incredible and everything flowed perfectly through out the day. Me being the typical groom was extremly nervous but the manager let me know exactly what was happening when its going to happen and whats coming up next so i felt confident all through the day. My wife and all the girls stayed at mulberry house the night before which they fully enjoyed! Our friends and family who joined us on the day were all so impressed with the food and entertainment! Oldwalls you truly helped make our wedding day as special as it could be. Thanks craig&chloe jones ��

Just want to thank all of the staff at Oldwalls for making last Saturday (24 March) so special for my daughter Emily Arthur and new son in law, Rhys Williams.

We couldn’t have wished for a better day. Without exception, every member of staff was so friendly and professional. There was not one thing that I could think of that they could have done better. Everything ran so smoothly - I guess a lot of work goes into making it look effortless. Thanks again, definitely recommend.

Just returned from my daughter and son-in-law’s perfect wedding at Oldwalls.

Just Wow!!!!....we had our wedding here last Thursday and I have to be honest I couldn't of asked for a more magical day!...Nicola and every staff member went above and beyond to create the perfect day!...the food was outstanding, the atmosphere during the day was calm and serene, then at night electric!...the venue itself is out of this world!...i could go on and on....xx Nicola you are so wonderful, everyone loved you and thought of you as one of the party!...id recommend Oldwalls time and time again!...thankyou �

I was at oldwalls for my daughter Kelly's wedding to Jamie. it was a fantastic day. the venue is spectacular and the staff are of the highest standard. they couldn't do enough for everybody. the cleanliness at the venue was second to none. they had an autumn themed wedding and the wedding coordinators had decorated the venue which looked amazing. the food was delicious and the silver service worked well. The rooms were warm and comfortable. I couldn't fault this venue for a wedding and it made their special day memorable in every way. Thank you to all the staff at Oldwalls x

Got married here on the 16th of March and had the best day of my life! The moment we went to view Oldwalls we knew it was the venue for us. The venue is incredible, grounds are stunning and the staff couldn't be more attentive yet relaxed.The planning process was a breeze, I felt that we were in safe hands throughout, they were on hand to offer heaps of advice and contacts for suppliers and come the day it all went like a dream and we were made to feel really special.

All of our guests loved their day as much as us and thought that the staff, food and surroundings were fantastic, people have especially not stopped talking about the quality of food (even those tricky guests who are awkward to please!).

The staff make this place and nothing is too much trouble for them. So thank you again to the entire team for making our day. I don't think we would have had a day like we did anywhere else!!!!!

Amazing Venue with Very friendly staff. A great place to get married, and a place you will never forget! Would highly recommend Oldwalls to anyone who's looking at getting married.

My husband and I attended our niece's wedding there last week. The beautiful service took place in this venue, which is a glorified greenhouse (nice decorations but not very clean glass) surrounded by gorgeous gardens. The wedding banquet was to begin around 16:00h but was delayed repeatedly with no explanation ("food will be coming in 10 minutes"). The food only began to be served at about 19:30h, which ruined everybody's day and had the bride in tears. Some guests had booked a taxi for 20:30h and had to leave half way through the main course... 0 star service for 5 star fees, we hope we never have to go back.
