Well smashed chest back n guns today and very impressive .. there’s all the kit you need for average gym goer and if your a competitive bodybuilder you won’t struggle in here to find what you want on every body part with different ranges of equipment to forfill your workout .. I meet the owner and he’s a gent and more than happy to meet members needs if we want different kit within prospective .. the cardio equipment is awesome and I would recommend people to join the One gym for a very well equipped all round gym ..lol and I wasn’t paid to say that ��

Visited pre opening today and spent 2 hours trying out the equipment although some of what I use wasn't yet set up what I did try had a good feel it and was ergonomically very good.

The staff are very polite and helpful so in all quite an impressive set up let's hope it stays respectable and the company's values deliver.. Looking forward to training here in future.

I had the pleasure of checking out the new One Gym on it's opening weekend. What an amazing gym!! Loads of cardio machines, so no waiting to use something, lots of free weights and weight machines, lifting platforms, and excellent class studios. I had a friendly welcome from all the staff, and they were really helpful in showing me where everything is. I am a member of the sister gym in Pontypridd, and I'm so pleased that my membership covers use of this gym too, as I am often passing by Newport. I highly recommend you check it out!!

First visit to One Gym yesterday for the 5:30pm Badass class � Emma was fab � Great energy, super friendly, supportive and encouraging from start to finish. Walking down the stairs today was a struggle � but i will be back #nopainnogain ��

Fantasy facility, Great equipment and a very friendly welcome. The functional training zone is amazing, this place has everything you could ask for.

Best gym around! All the equipment you could think of, both with machines and free weights wise. Staff are all lovely and friendly and help with anything you need! Loads of room and most importantly loads of squat racks �
