Ellie has created a hairstyle for me that maintains its shape and is actually flattering to my rather strong jaw by making it short in back and longer in front. I have thin hair and yet people are still able to see the shape in it after 10 weeks! Worth every penny and much better than London salons closer to home!

From Red to Golden to Platinum❄️
Reaching light blonde if your naturally dark or have previously coloured hair takes time!
Here we had a deep red tone to remove so 2 lightening sessions were needed. The first session we created a golden blonde removing most of the red pigment, during our second session we lightened again using Olaplex and finished with an icy toner😍😍

Well what can i say, my daughter was totally spoilt there today during her birthday pamper by the amazing staff. She was so excited and loved every minute of her time there. They were warm and friendly and made her feel extra special. Thank you so much from her happy mother!!!

Thank you to the team for doing my hair and makeup on my wedding day along with the bridal squad. I was so happy with it, looked after me from the trial up to the day! Fantastic service would recommend to anyone. � xx

Staying in Caernarfon for a long weekend and wanted new hairstyle and my nails done. Very impressed with kindness and helpfulness of staff and love my new hair cut and the nail colour. Will be booking another appointment when back at the Celtic Royal Hotel.

So tonight Paula and her staff / family came to host a pop up salon at our school Fair. I have never seen so many happy children looking so beautiful and dazzling, with, their hair freshly styled and glitter embellishments on top to seeing glitter lips and glitter tattoos on the children and adults.. The whole time the team worked constantly doing the hair styles etc to get through the line of children wanted to get all blinged up.. It was one of the busiest tables we had tonight and it raised over £100 for Ysgol Bro Plenydd Paula's daughters school. May I as the Chairperson of the parents association thank you all so much for donating your time, hair accessories and glitter lol to fund raise for our school. I can wholeheartedly recommend yourself and your wonderful company.. So professional, polite and tidy. Thank you... Xx

Ruth did my hair and make up for a wedding, she was friendly, efficient and made me feel a lot better on the inside and look better on the outside � thank you! Lots of compliments x

Really professional stylists who are always ready and willing to listen to you, and give advice on how to protect and look after your hair / makeup, and excellent value for money. The staff and management are approachable and friendly. It is always a pleasurable experience going to One.a , either in the Llangefni salon, or Caernarfon.

My hairs never been as soft as it is now after it being dyed here, dark box dye existing colour was also stripped from my hair but it's in better condition after! Honestly so happy and grateful for my hair it's better then I ever expected, really talented and lovely staff too, would definitely recommend. Thank you so much Ellie and Paula and all the girls that helped!�xx

I treated myself to a pamper package of doing my make up and hair for my 30th birthday. I was really pleased, the make up lasted all day and looked so nice. Friendly, warm attitude, nothing was an inconvenience. I will definitely be booking myself an appointment again. Thank you.xx

I approached One.a after what I will call a disaster of a cut from a different salon.... Thankfully they been able to work with it and slowly it is growing back and properly ! Would strongly recommended them to everyone :-)

I came to this salon for the first time to get acrylic nails with a shellac French polish 6 days ago. Initially, I was very impressed with the quality of the nails however the shellac began to chip after 3 days which has never happened before, as I have had acrylic nails with a shellac many times in nail salons and they have never chipped, even after a month. Nevertheless, I phoned one.a salon to inform them of my disappointment that my shellac had chipped after 3 days and a member of staff called me back the next morning. I was offered to have another colour on my nails but I told them that I had already booked with another salon to get my nails done in three weeks time, as I was so disappointed with the quality of my current acrylic nails and did not want to risk having them done here again. I was told that I could not get a partial refund and I also could not get anything else done instead of another colour on my nails, which I was very surprised with! I will not be going back to this salon unfortunately as I have never had a shellac polish chip badly after three days ever!
