The largest museum on Anglesey. It hosts a good mix of permanent and temporary exhibitions, mainly from well respected local artists, as well as displays covering the archaeological and historical aspects of the island. There is also a cafe and shop.

Oriel Mon is a lovely Art Centre combining interesting historic timelines of the Isle of Anglesey, permanent and changing exhibitions as well as varied Art and Craft products for sale. The reception area and cafe have recently been refurbished and gives an improved feel to the retail experience. However, it hasnt scored 5 stars on this occasion as it is let down by its limited comfort facilities. The toilets are in need of expansion and refurbishment to cope with visitor numbers. Sadly the cafe was the most disappointing...especially as I had been recommending so wholeheartedly based on my many previous experiebce. Whilst the staff were lovely and helpful...ensuring that allergies were fully catered for....the delivery to table was extensive with some food....such as the egg...of the ham egg and chips arriving cold and other errors in the order resulting in us all being served our hot food at differing times
We did not complain as it was clear to us that the lovely staff were not fully supervised and it would have been even more demoralusing for the team of people who were struggling to do their best.
This was further compounded by the once upon a time lush plateful of food being considerably dimished yet the menu was much more expensive.
Not good Oriel Mon as it has clearly clouded our visiting experience...shall not be stopping for a meal again.

Art gallery, shop and great little restaurant serving fabulous home cooked food and cakes. A favourite when visiting Langefni, Anglesey

Great place to visit for all ages and it's free entry to most exhibitions. My children love to explore and play. It's the perfect place to learn about the arts and the history of Ynys Mon. There is a lovely shop that sells beautiful crafted items, prints and gifts. The cafe/ restaurant is wonderful and brilliant value for money.

Great gallery and a very interesting museum. Have a nice cafe too.

Very interesting gallery. Very good restaurant/café but the gift shop seems very pricey. Still, they do have some pretty unique gifts so the prices of those may be justified

Wonderful gallery full of products from local talent. Great cafe and art classes for kids. The living museum is fantastic also. Well worth a visit :-)

It's free. A lovely gallery with lots to see. The Kyffin Williams works are delightful and evoke the essence of Anglesey. Great cafe/restaurant where we had really good coffee and scrummy cakes. The gift shop had really good quality crafts. Add it to your list of places to go.
