The personnel were very explicate of what they were going to do. When completed they were very clear of what was done. Very good team - I will stay with this garage for my Peugeot.

Friendly and efficient service, finding time for my battered old Fiesta at short notice. Very thorough as well, advising on upcoming issues to watch out for over the coming months, e.g. tires getting low.

I will never use this garage again, they put a spare tyre on for me. Looked under the bonnet, not sure why, given they were changing a tyre, I then drove away to find I had absolutely no power as I accelerated, I then took it back to the garage and not one of nearly 3 or four men willing to have a look at it for me because they were finishing work at 5 o'clock. I explained I had to pick up my children but they didn't want to help me, very kind of them.
. The receptionist was vile and closed the shutters on me. I hope if they ever find them selves in need of somebody to show them some humanitarian spirit that they don't receive it because none of them deserve it ! I will tell everybody about this encounter and I hope it damages their business.

I put my car in for two of my window motors to be changed and for them to check a clonking noise on the from passenger side. They charged me £120 fixed one of my windows (the side that i had already attempted to change myself) and didn't have time to check the noise. I will not be using this garage again.
