Wonderful long running family run hotel ha ds down the best service you can get in Llandudno wonderful attentive staff some new some long serving. I would recommend to visitors from near and afar to try this beautiful place if feels like stepping back to a time gone by mixed with present day technology absolutely wonderful place.

A huge disappointment. After 15 years of having some excellent meals it all went to pot this Sunday. The lunch was very poor. The pork was a minute portion with cheap vegetables and the apple sauce was verging on school lunch standard circa 1960's. The pork must have been sliced with a razor blade! The salmon, which my wife had was hugely overcooked. The panacotta was very poor - not a 'wobble' in site. The service was decidedly below average for Osbornes. All in all it is now off my list especially as a complaint was met with defensive retoric and no apology.

The place to stay in Llandudno, the food is great, the staff are all very helpful and friendly, the rooms are amazing, thanks for a great stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights DB&B in a beautiful suite on the top/3rd floor (N.B. people with mobility problems may struggle with stairs - no lift.) Impeccable, relaxed, very classy little hotel, a bit expensive but you get what you pay for and worth every penny. Thank you for a lovely and luxurious break. Can't wait to come back.
