i have always had a fantastic service great staff always willing to help and no hard sell my dad always went there and he would recommend them at every opportunity so would i best customer service around

What a fantastic place to go today just went to buy a pair of jeans come out with two pairs of jeans and a pair of trousers two joging bottoms and a pair of shorts and belt for £150 for my size ..the guy was great at his job saying go a size lower and let's get you a better leg size... really but the effect in to it and some really good brands of clothes..will definitely going back to them ...

We used these guys for our wedding and the service was first class. From fittings to return they couldn’t do enough for us. Had to make a few last minute changes due to my ushers eating too much over Christmas and they had replacements jackets the next day. Highly recommended �

We had already been recommended Oxford House by a family member so we knew the service would be amazing. You didn’t fail! We received a warm welcome at our first appointment and we were quickly put at ease by your professionalism.

All staff were extremely helpful throughout. When we collected the suits some of the trouser sizes were slightly wrong. This was rectified immediately and again the staff could not have been more accommodating.

The premier Gentleman's Outfitters in all of South Wales. Excellent selection for the larger man with service that's impossible to better. If they haven't got it, they'll get it. Shop in person in the Pontycymer shop or buy on line. Quality and range second to none! They also offer a hire service for that special occasion. All in all a top notch outfitter and I'm lucky enough to have them just about on my doorstep!

I went to 2 possibly 3 shops prior to this one but as soon as I walked into Oxford House Menswear I knew they were the better choice just down to general customer service skills but then they advised me of the total price and I was even more pleased, their service was faultless and the suits looked amazing. Fantastic service and friendly staff who are there to help. Hired suits for my wedding and we were more than happy with them. The staff made the process easy by allowing the groomsmen to call in when they could (not all at once) to get measured up. Thank you Oxford house.

Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble, very flexible with our party’s needs. So accommodating and such a varied choice of suits suitable for my 3 yrs old grandson to my 68 yrs old husband. Can't recommend Oxford House Menswear enough! We have bought clothes from there previously and have always received great service, so it was a given we would use Oxford House for our wedding suits.

From the initial meeting to discuss our requirements, to the suit fittings (which had to be conducted over a few visits to meet our party's requirements) to the collection of the suits, the customer service was outstanding. We are always made to feel very welcome and no request is too much!
