Friendly staff who had a great deal of knowledge and professionalism, I have owned a hot tub for 12 years and amazed how they have developed since I bought my last one. I like to know the nitty gritty on anything I buy and over my three visits before I bought my J480 not once did I feel pressure to buy a hot tub and always felt my questions were welcomed.

I can only talk from personal experience but felt that I walked away buying a fantastic hot tub, and feel that if I ever needed support in the future unlike most companies Oyster Pools would be there for me as an aftercare service, oh and the lady makes a great cup of coffee too!

Bought a jacuzzi of Gareth in June 2017
Installation went very well and the team at Oyster could not do enough for us.
Had a slight snag yesterday, one call to Gareth and an engineer turned up today and fixed the problem.
What more can you ask for

Very poor. Got ignored as soon as I entered whilst staff were placing orders.
Then was talked down too and felt belittled by the man behind the desk as if I should already know about pools. Altho the lady who entered several minutes later was quick and asked if i was being served was very polite and quick in trying to sell me a starter kit but she didn't really know what the correct information would be for a cloudy pool. very helpful in trying to sell me a starter kit tho at £45 with additional £10 +VAT for postage, tho forgot to mention it came with a free chlorine dispenser.

I think 1 star is very generous.

Very disappointed in the service we received from Oyster Pools, incorrect information given regards the electrical installation which could have proved very dangerous if we had not checked the information given to us, we checked the list price of the hot tub we purchased and Oyster Pools add £500 for some reason and claim that its the correct list price, by all means go and view but save yourself a lot of money by purchasing elsewhere and no doubt you'll be given the correct information as well.
