avoid this place like the plague all over when they sell you a car but any problems don't want to know like said before rude and unhelpful and don't think their warranty will cover anything not worth the piece of paper its written on you have been warned

I beg you: do not ever buy a car from that lot. They are all over you when they sell you their cars but they are rude, ignorant and unhelpful when something is wrong with the car and you need them to fix the problem. Awful company..

We were stranded in the supermarket car park with a flat battery in our T25. PMS staff were brilliant came straight away, started the van and wouldn't accept any payment. Thank you!

Sadly, unlike the positive experience posted by the only other reviewer four years ago, my experience when needing an MOT was appalling. They couldn't be more helpful and charming while I was buying it so the subsequent run around was shocking. Naive ? Maybe. I dropped it off The car was taken to another garage for the MOT and returned as a failure. I was told it could be an expensive job to sort out and was advised, as it was still under warranty , I could drive it up the road to a place I had never heard of to try and get it done with the dealer who sold that make of car. Customer service? So no it couldn't be done as a service had needed to be done under terms of the warranty. This service I was told would cost £100 for a standard..no proper info given to describe what would it include, offered £10 refund on the bulbs - refused was told the £10 refund is cancelled then.took it elsewhere and had a full service including complete wheels check for £100.00 (I was told by the dealers it could not be done until a space came up the next week but no specific time could be given initially, so I would be without the car I desperately needed and told I could catch a bus). I took the car away, asked the garage where the MOT was carried out what the problem could be - simply the bulbs needed replacing. I took it to Halfords who did it for £10.00 I was fobbed off by several people when asked for a copy of complaints procedure...what I was eventually given was irrelevant. I had asked several times for the back wheel to be checked as it was making screeching g noises over a period of time and and was fobbed off until i insisted. Was told the back wheel would be checked.almost as if a favour rather than recognising it as a safety issue...I was told both rear wheels had been checked after they had brought it back from the MOT where it was passed (as there was nothing wrong except the bulbs had needed changing), I was not given any proof of the work so next day rang and asked for something in writing....again fobbed off, told I did't need one as no charge had been made, they were short staffed that day, the accountant said she would ask a colleague to deal with it and phone me ,she did not,i eventually called in and obtained a nil invoice which showed all wheels had been checked rather than just the rear as i had been told.
I have subsequently had the car comprehensively serviced , they went the extra mile after hearing what had happened when all that was need was to put a car through an MOT after changing two light bulbs.
Lessons to be learned..try to take someone with you even if they also don't know much about cars...you will have support in any dispute. Always check what you are being told and do not get involved in discussions where several people are around you and you feel intimidated. Get advice about your consumer rights when buying a second hand car if you are very dissatisfied - the site is on websites. Toss up whether it will be worth spending any more time on it including putting a complaint in writing when the complaint has been fobbed off -and put it down to another bad experience.
