A proper locksmith in Cardiff. I bought a lock for my laptop from another shop which turned out to have the wrong key - but of course I found that out too late. Got in touch with the manufacturers of the lock who said they would pay for a locksmith to remove it - but I'd have to find the locksmith.
The short version is - all the other 'locksmiths' I called said they couldn't do anything with it, but PPM said they'd have a look and then spent quite some time sorting it out for me and all for a remarkably cheap price.
Really excellent - a proper locksmith.
