What an absolute dump! Checked in to a caravan which was the worst caravan I've ever witnessed! Ripped curtains, loose steps on entrance, a collapsed couch, wallpaper peeling off walls due to damp, no loo roll holder and no dedicated parking space. The floors were filthy. Also the exterior of the caravan was covered in cobwebs and leaves. Absolute disgrace. We were transferred to another caravan eventually which was marginally better but only just. We should've gone home. Never coming here ever again.

Really enjoy this caravan park. Been a couple times and the caravans are usually clean and tidy. Seems a lot quieter compared to others

I have just spent the worst week of my life here In a Silver 8, we were subjected to a horrendous van. Like something from the 1980s it was filthy, the cutlery hadn't been washed for decades, the beds were dirty, I had to buy my own pillar cases and bed sheets, the cups and plates where so badly unclean they needed bleaching. The bathroom floor was subsiding, you couldn't stand by the sink in fear of collapse. The lights fused on the Tuesday which we reported and were never fixed, we had to buy our own lights. It was so bad we left early!! We don't complain do made an excuse as to why we left early. In our first week we stayed in a Gold van and I could not have any complaints. On checking out of the gold van the housekeeper thought it was hilarious moving from DC2 to 19 on 1st Avenue, "Good Luck" she said you'll need it. We will never return to the park after this and I would recommend you stay somewhere else! If I could have given this a minus rating I would have!!

We visited Palin's over the Easter holidays we were a little worried as we were taken our little boy who is 22 months old that there would be nothing for him to do.

We were pleasantly surprised by the holiday park, the caravan we stayed in was very clean and well presented it was stylish and modern throughout.
We will request to stay in this one again.

My son spent a lot of time in the playground which was clean and well maintained, if you fancy a night at the club house again there is entertainment for everyone.

If you fancy a night in the there is a local supermarket you can purchase food.

If you have a messy boy like mine there is even a laundered so no need to take dozens of bags with clothes in it.

The staff are very friendly and professional and will always help when you ask.
What was more outstanding was the caravan owner travels to the park on your arrival day to see you in and again when you depart ( I don't know if that happens across the board

We have already booked for the summer.

We had a lovely time in a silver 3 bed adaptable caravan, however, we did have a few minutes issues. The door kept coming out of the bracket, the corridor did not allow space for my mother to get her wheelchair through,
