Pallet Man Pembrokeshire Description
I've always enjoyed creating something new out of something used, whether it's a milk churn and cheese board into a light house or a wine bottle into a fancy chalice. So when my partner had had one of her Pinterest sessions and wanted to build a pallet desk, I set to it. Only when people started to comment and ask her where she had bought it and where they could get one did I start to wonder if I was actually pretty good at this making malarky!
Pallet wood is very versatile and (obviously) sturdy. If you can imagine it, you can make it out of pallet wood. However what isn't talked about much is how beautiful it is. My favourite part of the process is oiling the finished product, as only then does the beauty of the wood show itself. Stripes appear and knots take on a certain intricacy.
