Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. We kindly ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel at least 24 hours prior, so that we can make your time slot available to other clients.
... Our system will charge 50% if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment without letting us know you will be charged 100% of the booking you have made.
Kindly note, we reserve your appointment time especially for you. If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 10-15 minutes late we may not be able to accommodate your full service; in this case we'll offer you a shorter service time or the option to reschedule to make sure we're not running late for our other clients who have booked in for a specific time. if you don't respect our policy or our time please don't book in with us.

Took my 11 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced. She was made to feel at ease by the very friendly & she is very happy with her earrings ! I am hoping to go back for some treatments for myself very soon ! �would highly recommend.
