Dont see Dr Taylor he will tell you there is nothing wrong with you and get you out of there as quick as possible, such an uncaring person. Dr Aziz is brilliant. Sarah doesnt understand pt confidentiality and where has Dr Sam gone? Bring him back he saved my daughter's life a few years back. Wonderful man. Stay away from Taylor.

Can be hard to get appointments but this is because the doctors are understanding and listen

By far the worst practicing doctors surgery ive ever visited. Dr Taylor is a very arrogant man i came out feeling extremly let down and underminded and has caused me anxiety because of the demeaning conversation we had. I am applying to leave this practice because of these reasons.

Friendly reception staff

A few reception staff at Griffithstown clinic is disgusting. They have no customer service skills what so ever, and have no grace or decorum. They need to be knocked down to their realistic "only equipped enough to answer a telephone" level. The staff need to understand that they are representing the entire building and the medical professionals that work there.

The reception staff at the Griffithstown surgery needs changing badly. They are incredibly rude and have no customer service skill at all, they speak to patients in a terrible way and each lady there is as bad as the next. I hate having to call the surgery and they are no different in person when you go in. I know there have been many complaints made but as they are all friend's with the manager nothing gets done. I now find myself driving 4 miles to their other branch just to avoid the reception staff which is awful when I live one street away from the Griffithstown surgery. Everyone I have spoken to that goes to this surgery comments on how bad they get treated by the reception team and somthing needs to be done. I'm urging people to please write to or ring Aneurin Bevan health board complaints they can't go on treating people the way they do its supposed to be a doctor's surgery and patients should be spoken to in a decent and fitting manner and their confidentiality should be kept and not aired publicly when the hang up or leave.
