I recently had the pleasure of making the wedding cake for one of my closest friends who got married at the Chateaux Rhianfa. A three tiered cake consisting of lemon sponge with a lemon curd filling and butter cream, a rich chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and a sticky toffee sponge with a caramel filling and a caramel buttercream. There was also a cutting cake made of rich fruit cake! A gorgeous day at a beautiful location. Congratulations Mr and Mrs Ritchie xxx

I had the pleasure of making my gorgeous niece's birthday cake today. The cake was a whopping nine inches tall! There was a surprise inside - each layer was coloured in the colours of the rainbow to represent The Rainbow Child Foundation, a charity my niece has raised over £4000 for.
