Papa John'S Pizza

It's an absolute joke this place is have been a loyal customer since the day they opened ordering at LEAST once a week, last Saturday waited over 2 1/2 hours for pizza to be delivered and it was delivered stone cold at 11.40pm!!!!!! So my kids fell asleep hungry and were upset to have missed out on their Saturday night takeaway treat.. for this awful experience i was given a credit on my account ... for this gesture I decided to main a loyal customer but just rang up to place an order using the credit on my account I was then left on hold for 15 minutes and was told I couldn't use the credit with the as it was a collect ftom store deal?! For the sake of a couple of pounds you would rather lose loyal customers and have bad feedback and bad reviews??? It's like you're going out of your way to upset your customers. Customer service is an absolute joke you would think a big company like this would do everything they can to keep the customers happy and to keep their loyal customers and good reviews.. Back to dominoes for me! Another customer you've just lost and another bad review gained... hope it was worth a couple of quid which actually costs you nothing in the grand scheme of things!! ... so well done to Ellya the manager at Papa Johns Cwmbran for another BAD experience all round! If you don't want to wait hours for your cold pizza I suggest you shop next door at dominoes!!

Tried papajohns pizza tonight for first time and was really pleased. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family and of course will be ordering again. Thank you!
