We stayed at this hotel for five nights in September [2017}. It is a lovely Hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. There was a laid back and relaxed atmosphere in the hotel all the time. Food was very good and plentiful. Rooms were toasty warm as we ,as guests, were able to control the heat from our room. I have MS and do feel the cold a lot but i loved the heat in my room! Overlooking the Bay before breakfast was fabulous!! We would certainly recommend this Hotel if you are looking for value for money
Good location, within walking distance of the town and beach. Fabulous views across the beach from the garden terrace. There are a lot of steps/stairs in the hotel, but has a lift available to all floors. Evening meals are optional, but are reasonably priced and portions plentiful. A table can be booked at reception. Room service is also available. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room provided was clean and comfortable, although the ensuite was quite small. Minor points to note: No hairdryer or tissues provided, and in this particular room no mirror on the dressing table.
Stunning views of the sea in certain rooms, which are well cleaned and airy. The food is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has many places to sit, including multiple lounges and a bar. Very convenient for the beach; although it is down 120, steps and a short walk down the road. Overall excellent hotel in a wonderful town with many exciting shops. Would definitely stay here again.
Very smart and clean hotel. Only stopped in basic rooms but more than happy with the quality and standard. Didn't use the bar/restaurant but looked really classy. Has a pool which was very well kept too. Great location overlooking the beach and a short walk in to town. Recommended!
Slightly out of town and up a bit of a hill, but the views from this place were totally worth it. It means you can walk the fullest length of Tenby beach. Room was spacious and well presented. Area was very quiet. Breakfast service was outstanding. Possibly the best I have ever experienced!!
Wonderful position fantastic views from our room 2. Great food and service. Bathroom rather small otherwise would have been 5 star.

Really nice hotel with very helpful​ staff and excellent food. The view from our room was amazing.
Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Some rooms have sea views but ours had a good view overlooking the countryside. The restaurant is elegant and there is a lovely bar and comfortable areas to relax. The room was a little dated and in need of an update, but not uncomfortable. The bath was good, but the shower was feeble. There is a path leading down to the beach which is recommended for the sure footed and fit guest. There are also sheltered (by trees etc) outside areas to sit with beautiful views, which we would have used at night, only it was winter and chilly. Although the hotel needs the shower improved, we would stay again... Especially in the summer
