They've also set up a Facebook community group towards the bottom of the page, and offers another way to keep up to date and connect with people. Friends and family are welcome to join, not just those with Parkinson's!

Parkinson's UK are campaigning to get more mandatory Parkinson's training into hospitals and health boards.
Too many hospital staff don't understand Parkinson's. It means too often people aren't given their medication on time in hospital and the impact can be devastating.

It is a fantastic venue and the #music was fabulous with #dancing all night long. We raised a fantastic £750, so thank you to everyone who made the event so special!

Registration is open for joining Parkinson's UK on their Walk for #Parkinsons in Chester this September!
Join us for a choice of a 1 ½, a 7 or 9 mile delightful walk from Eccleston, a charming Eaton estate #village, along the Marches Way beside the #River #Dee into the centre of #Chester.
On the 9 mile walk you'll get an excellent view from the #city walls vantage point, before returning to #Eccleston along the tree-lined Duke's Drive.
