Parkway Hotel & Spa

Use this hotel quite a bit now as it is so convenient visiting relations. Staff all around the hotel very pleasant and helpful. Dining Room a pleasure to eat in. Snack Bar lunchtime also very good. Lastly so easy to get luggage from very large car park to your room. Help always at hand if needed. Oh forgot - depending on what you have booked - Standard to Suite rooms - all a good size and always clean.

Hassle free and simple hotel. Amenities could be upgraded but all in all a solid hotel. On occasions the staff need to be a little more human with some of the more reasonable requests (when asking for cheese on garlic bread)

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Food is good with a very tasty cooked breakfast. The Reverend James real ale was perfect.

Efficiently run coffee bar, providing hot and cold meals. Meal was ok but not very hot. Was from a hot buffet cart. Pick your table carefully if going for a quiet get together with friends as we had a table of people next to us using laptops and conducting loud phone calls. Is a nice place to meet but I think I will just stick to afternoon tea next time.

My favourite local hotel. The staff here are so friendly and always go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. It's always very clean and well kept. The winter is my favourite time when the fire is burning. I can also vouch for their afternoons teas - amazing!

Clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet setting. Friendly and helpful staff especially in the spa and restaurant.
