love it in here its a fab shop loads to choose from and nothing ever too much trouble for the staff. found everything i needed plus more cannot fault a thing thanks

came in the shop on tuesday (29-10-13) to buy my halloween outfit. although it was very busy i still had great service in help with finding the right costume for me, the lady that was helping me was friendly and patiant and so were the till staff. cant wait 2 wear the devil dress that i bought out saturday night now :) love ur shop and will defo be visiting again and recommend it 2 anyone that loves to dress up :)

Wouldn't go anywhere else for a fancy dress costume!! Visited this morning and the staff were amazing with myself and my daughter! Nothing was too much trouble, all the staff was friendly and more then helpful! Thank you for your patience and amazing service. My daughter looks amazing in her costume :-)

Omg. We visited this amazing store yesterday. We are visiting fron Australia and needed costumes to take back.

Service was amazing and was like talking to my mam x 2.

The selection was insane, so much too choose from and if it wasn't available the offer to order it in was there.

I wish i had taken a few welsh cakes and a cuppa with me and spent the day in this store.

I can't wait to come back and spend more tine.

Lots of stock to chose from , staff very helpful. I phoned on fri to check stock on a particular item, owner put it away for me until I was able to collect. I can't praise the helpfulness of the staff enough . Sue rice

Just ordered some fancy dress costumes for a friends 40 th . Was so pleased with the helpfulness , professionalism and knowledge of all of the staff . They had loads of patience , time and never rushed us at all to find what we needed whilst giving good advice and opinions. Would defiantly recommend this shop and not hesitate to use them again . Just collected our Air Force Captain's costumes from the shop, for the V E Day 70th celebrations next week. What a place! Every costume you could think of! Lovely girls, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this shop! Our costumes are amazing! Might upload some photos when we wear them ;) Thanks ladies!

I have shopped here on many occasions for Halloween, Xmas concerts etc. The staff are great. Always willing to help. Very friendly. The prices are usually the same or cheaper than ordering online and if they don't have something you need they will get it in for you the next day. Great service �

I absolutely loved my outfit.... I have been coming here for many years and travel from newport. The girls are so welcoming and Chris the manager is always honest and so helpful! Fantastic service, fabulous clothes and certainly gets you in the mood ready for your fancy dress party!!!! I would recommend this shop to everyone!!!x

Came down Monday for a Halloween costume , staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Really couldn't believe how warm staff were, 15mins to closing time and shop was jam packed, atmosphere was immense!! Only place I go for fancy dress as they stock everything you need!

Brilliant selection of outfits 2 choose from. Really nice people very friendly and helpful good customer service. Definitely recommend for any 1 looking for an outfit I tried so many places and this was the best for choice and v friendly n v helpful xxx
