We ordered various meals for 44 people today from Pat's Plaice. Layla opened the shop especially for us because we preordered. Everyone got exactly what they ordered, and everyone commented on how beautiful it tasted. We will most definitely look forward to fish and chips from Pat's Plaice when we come back to Newport. ������

We came down for few days and visited this chip shop twice as was so tasty. The fish is very fresh with a beautiful batter. The chips are also delicious and great size portion. Highly recommended. Xx

Taught them everything I know, look forward to the haggis, black pudding, white pudding and pizza suppers next year! 👍🏻

One of the best places my partner and I have visited for food! Brilliant friendly service and delicious food, will visit many more times I'm sure ^.^

My family and I had food from here on Bank Holiday Monday. The food was hot, well cooked and delicious. Can't recommend it enough....we will be back.

After being away that's all I wanted was a good old fish supper. Ordered a fish and chips from here after hearing so so so many AMAZING recommendations, tried it out myself and I can assure you I had the best fish and chips ever and will be going back for more thats for SURE. p.s Curry sace is the best in the country. SOO GOOD
