The girls are always friendly and make a fuss of the dogs, who are their customers after all.

Impossible to get through on the phone to. When I did the girl who answered couldn't wait to get off the phone and hung up.

The Shop is run by really friendly people, I have shopped here for years and have bought rabbits and fish from Paws and I am really happy with how I have been treated.

The Main Owner is really friendly and I have observed her as being really helpful to other customers and their pets that come into her shop.

Reading the previous negatives reviews I cannot believe these people are talking about the same shop.

I know a lot of hard work goes into the shop and that the customer service is normally at a high standard.

Not many shops go out of there way to find items that the customers are looking for. Being a small family run shop when there is something specific I need they look through all there suppliers to find what I want. If I was to goto a big chain shop they only have on the shelf what head office tells them to stock.

I would never go to this joke of a company ever again. I went in to ask for a quote to get my dog groomed, as it seemed to have good reviews. But upon arrival I waited for a member of staff for over 20minutes. Upon when they finally seen to me, they spoke to me with attitude. Absolute disgrace of customer service. Maybe they need to focus on actual customer services. Never go back again. Lost a really good customer.

I rang to get a price for dog washing, but was told they were too busy, simply says "bye" and put the phone down. Extremely rude service for a potential new customer, I would not even consider them.

Bought all of my pets from here. Hamsters, fish, guinea pigs and rabbits. Toys and accessories are amazing too.
