Swansea are much better than Llanelli took pet up 3 times waited 7 days for appointment saw me sent me home 3 days later rang nothin available for 8 days rang swansea saw day after Wher told fever and conjunctivitis don't understand why Llanelli never checked for these as turned out I had a very poorly dog plus on previous occasion refused to show evedience of X-rays so refused donation

i agree about the receptionist (although the other regular one there is lovely!) but please dont let it put you off because of one person as the vets and nurses there are fantastic and do a superb job, usually under difficult circumstances, i for one, do not know where i would be without them! first class people! (who dont receive any government funding for what they do.)

i have been here loads of times with my animals and as always been happy with the vets and nurses ... but got to agree there is 1 receptionist that is awful cant understand how she is still there as everyone complains about her
