I just got to know about this gym watching Kris Gethin's 4weeks 2shred program but seeing its amazing environment I've simply started liking it. Because it's got pretty dedicative rooms for each body part. I wish I could join it.

HUGE GYM with specialised rooms for each muscle you are hitting. There is nothing missing here in this spacious, well laid out mammoth of a gym!! Visit whenever I am in Wales and the house of a lot of impressive physiques.
