We used Peakes for a trip to the races, very reasonably priced. The driver was great, very helpful and friendly. Will definitely use again for our next outing :)

Peakes coaches is an excellent travel company reasonably priced trips and excellent buses the drivers are really friendly and a great laugh I'd definitely recommend Peakes to anybody

What a shambles of a bus service �� £12 per week for school run service and half the time you didn’t turn up!! I require a refund for all the days (including Friday your last day running this service!!). My daughter will be getting a late mark now as I am a childminder so have to do Primary school run. I am fuming!! Not only have you cancelled the service only giving a weeks notice and not just carrying on til the end of term but you have not turned up on the last day. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!

Think Peakes coaches are a joke, drivers are ignorant and the manger and staff are liars and customer service is appauling. Don't think Torfaen should renew school contract.

I love having to park at the other end of the car park with a new born in the hammering down rain because this bus driver feels the need to park across all the mother and baby spaces .

Got left behind at Weston-super-Mare, checked with driver for departure time and location, was at ferris-wheel at 630, coach had left early without headcount, if it wasn't for my mum and dad and help from a friend, I would have had to walk back home.
