Pear Stairs

Great service, even with some minor issue, which were sorted very quickly.
Sadly let down by the courier firm. I would recommend using a delivery firm that provide tracking so customers don't have to wait in all day.

Highly recommend Pear Stairs - the service from start to finish was absolutely FIRST CLASS! The quality of the product and the materials were excellent and the customer service was exceptional . I asked for a quick turnaround and my request exceeded my expectations. So grateful to Pear Stairs and their wonderful team!

A poor start as one of the ladies there informed us we could fit our 4 stairs into a van with a load length of 3.3m. Having booked van of given length and a ferry crossing to Ireland for same, we found on collection that the stairs stuck out the rear. I had to return the van for larger 4.3m capacity van and correct the ferry booking, wasting valuable time. Thankfully the van company had a larger van and the ferry wasn't to busy, otherwise it could have gotten messy. They need to get a grip of the delivery end of their business. They should really know by now the overall finished length of a stair design and it's weight. It's a poor effort.
